The Institute produces a regular journal (published by Sweet and Maxwell), the IP Quarterly. As our flagship publication, it provides an insight into developments in all aspects of IP law, as well as addressing important policy issues. Much emphasis is given to interdisciplinarity, embracing economics, management and technical issues. The journal will be of interest to all of the Institute’s stakeholding communities, including academe, government, industry and the legal profession.
The IP Quarterly is edited by Dr Margaret Llewelyn, in association with an Editorial Board comprised of individuals with extensive knowledge and expertise in the field.
